My work is often described as advising the advisors. I work closely with accountants, tax specialists, and property professionals in situations where interpretation, documentation, and defensibility matter.

I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), a Certified Quantity Surveyor and Full Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CQS), and a Registered Tax Agent. I also serve as a Queensland Committee Member for AIQS.

With more than 25 years' experience across asset advisory, construction cost analysis, and tax, I have worked throughout Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. My early career included advising global organisations such as Ernst & Young, BP, and Lendlease on large-scale construction costs, capital allowances, and lifecycle planning.

I am the founder of Koste Chartered Quantity Surveyors, one of a small number of Australian firms regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) that specialises in asset and tax depreciation. The firm works with investors, businesses, and advisory firms to ensure depreciation decisions are accurate, defensible, and aligned with long-term cash flow outcomes.
